Kayleigh Smith
Ms. Smith is an associate attorney with Barnett & Garcia. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2016. She received her B.A. in psychology from The University of Texas and her J.D. from The University of Houston Law Center. At The University of Houston Law Center, Kayleigh served as Managing Editor of The Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy and received the Ewer-Oren Award for legal writing. Ms. Smith’s practice focuses on representing insurance carriers, creditors, and financial institutions in state and federal forums.
